Terms of service

The service

tradiepricer lets trade businesses build pricing calculators and embed them on their own websites to give customers instant estimates and capture leads. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for everything done under your account. You must provide accurate information and be authorised to act for the business you register.

Billing

Publishing a calculator requires a paid subscription (currently A$29/month including a 30-day free trial, billed through Stripe). You can cancel any time from the billing page; your subscription then runs to the end of the paid period. Prices may change with notice before your next billing cycle.

Estimates, not quotes

Calculator results are estimates generated from the prices and rules you configure. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your pricing and for any quote, contract or work arising from a lead. tradiepricer is not a party to any agreement between you and your customers.

Lead data

Details submitted through your calculator (names, contact details, job information) are collected on your behalf and belong to you. You must handle them in line with applicable privacy law, use them only to respond to the enquiry and for your own business purposes, and not sell them.

Acceptable use

You must not use the service for anything unlawful or misleading, attempt to breach its security, send spam through it, or resell it without our written agreement. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms.

Availability and liability

We aim for high availability but the service is provided “as is” and we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law — and without excluding any consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded — our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Ending your account

You can stop using the service at any time. To close your account and have your data deleted, email support@tradiepricer.com.au.
